- Upon the client's confirmation of a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required. The reservation of dates is only confirmed once the client has made a monetary commitment. At the end of the event day, the client will be expected to pay at least 40% of the total price. The remaining balance (10%) will be due after the client has received, inspected, and approved the deliverables.
FAQ
I. Are the extra expenses such as for travel, venue and accommodation included in your packages or covered additionally?
No. The rates quoted are exclusive of Venue, Travel, Accommodation fees, or any other related expenses that may be incurred by the photographer, unless such expenses have been pre-negotiated during the Planning Step. These expenses will be itemized on a separate invoice, if applicable, and will be the responsibility of the client to pay.
III. Do you offer photo-mounting services
Certainly. Upon the client's request, we can provide a rate card for High-Quality Mounts in various sizes (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5). We will take care of the printing process and guarantee prompt delivery to any location within the country.
V. I am shy and I do not know how to pose for a photo. How can you help me?
My aim is to make you feel at ease and guide you through some flattering poses, without any discomfort. You can count on me to take care of everything.
VII. Upon cancellation, do you refund deposits?
In the event of cancellation within two weeks or less of the reserved date, no refund will be issued. For cancellations made beyond the two-week period, the photographer will retain 25% of the reservation fee. This policy is in place as the photographer is unable to allocate the reserved dates to another client once a cancellation has been made.
II. What happens when an event/ photoshoot exceeds the previously agreed timelines.
The photographer will inform the client and subsequently discuss a fair hourly rate for overtime.
IV. How long does it take to receive the photos after the event/shoot and how will they be delivered?
The Photographer is committed to delivering the edited photographs promptly, with a full gallery provided in under 7 days. The gallery will be accessible via an online link, allowing you to download and save all your photos. However, in case the post-processing takes longer than anticipated, the photographer may request an extension of time. For Commercial Projects, the delivery time may vary, and the client will be duly informed.
Additionally, we also provide the option of real-time delivery of unedited or slightly processed photographs for events, subject to a prior agreement with the client.
VI. Do you travel outside Nairobi?
Certainly, I do enjoy traveling. The pricing for travel time will be agreed upon based on the location, and I will be understanding and considerate in this regard.
